Join the Home Maestro bench.
We're building our St. Louis bench of independent local pros who show up when they say, do good work, and charge what they quoted. In return, we send you well-scoped jobs from homeowners who are ready to move forward.
Well-scoped work.
- Jobs with clear scope, photos and access details up front
- Homeowners who have approved the work or are ready to decide
- Scheduling and reminders coordinated for you
- No bidding wars against a crowd of strangers
A standard we can share.
- A valid license where your trade requires one
- Commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate
- Home Maestro named as an additional insured on your general liability policy, on a primary and noncontributory basis, with a waiver of subrogation in Home Maestro's favor
- Workers' compensation (or a valid exemption) and commercial auto insurance
- A certificate of insurance (COI) on file before your first job
- Three recent residential references
- Photos and short notes when the job is done
- Prices that match your quote, and a call before any change
- Respect for the home and the people in it
You stay an independent business. You contract with the homeowner for the job, decide how the work is done, and are responsible for it. Home Maestro coordinates.
Interested in coordinating the work for homeowners instead? We're looking for our first Conductors. See Careers

We review
We review your license, insurance and references, and we ask for your COI.
First job
We start with a first job together and go from there.
Apply to join the bench.
We're starting in St. Louis. If you work somewhere else, apply anyway and tell us your area. We open new cities as we build each local bench. A certificate of insurance (COI) is required before your first job. Please don't attach documents here; we'll ask for them after we review your application.
