The basics.

What is a Conductor?

Your Conductor is your point of contact at Home Maestro. Send every home request to your Conductor and our team takes it from there: questions, quotes, scheduling, follow-up, and records.

How do I reach my Conductor?

When you join, we'll show you exactly how to reach your Conductor. Until then, use the form on our Contact page and our team will reply. Photos help.

How fast will I hear back?

Urgent issues move to the front of the line. We'll share service hours with members when we open. For emergencies, call 911 or your utility first.

Is Home Maestro an emergency service?

No. If anyone is in danger, or you smell gas, see smoke, or see sparks, get to safety and call 911. For a gas smell, leave the home and call Spire at 800-887-4173. For downed lines, call Ameren Missouri at 800-552-7583. Then tell us and we'll help line up repairs. See our Emergency page.

Where do you work?

Our pilot is in St. Louis. The waitlist is open nationwide, and we open new cities as we build each local bench of pros. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we open near you.

How much does it cost?

Pricing will be shared with founding members first. The introduction is free, with no obligation.
II  ·  The pros and the work

The pros and the work.

Who does the actual work?

Independent local pros from our bench. We ask every pro for licensing where required, proof of insurance, and references before they work in member homes.

Who is responsible for the work?

Home Maestro coordinates independent pros. The pros contract with you for their work and are responsible for it. Home Maestro is not a contractor and not a home warranty.

Are any pros affiliated with Home Maestro?

Some pros on our bench may be affiliated with Home Maestro's owners. When a pro is affiliated, we'll tell you.

Do I have to use your pros?

No. If you have a pro you already trust, tell us. We can coordinate with them and keep the record.

Will anything be booked or charged without my okay?

No. You approve every job before it is booked.

Is this a home warranty?

No. A warranty pays for certain repairs after something breaks. We help you take care of your home so less breaks, and we handle the coordination when something does.
III  ·  Membership and your information

Membership and your information.

Do you work with renters or landlords?

Not right now. Home Maestro is for homeowners who live in the home.

Do I need to use the member portal?

No. The portal is coming soon for checking on jobs and your home record. You never have to use it. See a preview.

Can you help with insurance claims?

After a loss, we can gather your photos, invoices and home record and line up pros to make the repairs. Coverage questions and claim decisions stay with you and your own licensed insurance agent.

Do you sell insurance or give coverage advice?

No. Home Maestro does not sell insurance, give coverage advice, or earn insurance commissions. Coverage decisions stay with you and your licensed agent.

Are you affiliated with an insurance agency?

Yes. If you ask, we can introduce you to licensed insurance advisors, including Centered Partners, an insurance agency affiliated with Home Maestro's owners. Home Maestro earns no commission on any introduction, and you are free to use any agent you like.

How do you keep my information safe?

We only share what a pro needs for the job, and only after you approve. Please don't send lock codes, alarm codes, or insurance policy numbers through our web forms. See our Privacy page.

Still wondering if it fits?

Tell us about your home. We'll tell you honestly whether membership is a good fit.
