Become a Conductor.
A Conductor is a homeowner's single point of contact: the person who takes the running list and follows it through to done. We're looking for our first Conductors for our St. Louis pilot.
What a Conductor does.
One place for the homeowner to turn.
You are the homeowner's single point of contact for everything their home needs. You listen, ask the right questions, and keep them posted from the first note to the finished job.
The right pro for the job.
You source local pros from our bench, checked as described in our Terms. You help make the scope clear and gather quotes the homeowner can understand and decide on.
Booked and confirmed.
Once the homeowner approves, you schedule the visit around their calendar, confirm it with the pro, and keep everyone on track.
Following through.
You follow each job through to the end. You check in after the visit, handle the follow-up with the pro if something is off, and keep the home record current.
You might be a great Conductor if...
- You've worked in property management, construction or the trades, hospitality, or customer service
- You're organized and keep a lot of moving pieces straight
- You stay calm when a homeowner's day isn't going well
- You know St. Louis: its neighborhoods, its older homes, and how long it takes to get across town
- You follow through, and you tell people plainly when plans change
- You like taking care of people and taking care of details
Our pilot is in St. Louis, so we're starting with people who know the area. How the role is set up is flexible, and we'll talk it through with you.
A path to ownership.
Home Maestro believes the people who build a business should hold a piece of what they build. Conductors have a path to ownership. We'll talk through what that looks like as we get to know each other.
