Anyone in danger

Smoke, fire, sparks, injury, or anything that feels unsafe: get everyone out and call 911.

Gas smell

Leave the home right away. Don't flip switches or use anything that could spark. From a safe place, call Spire at 800-887-4173 or call 911.

Downed power line

Stay far away and keep others away. Treat every line as live. Call Ameren Missouri at 800-552-7583, or 911 if anyone is in danger.

Major water leak

If it's safe, close your main water shutoff. Members: your shutoff location is in your home record. Stay clear of water near outlets or electrical panels.

Before any digging

Call Missouri One Call at 811 before you or anyone else digs.
