How it works

Here's how it works.

Home Maestro is simple on purpose. You tell us what your home needs. We take care of the coordination and check in when there's a decision to make.

I  ·  Seven steps

From first walk-through to a home that keeps its own record.

01Get to know your home.
It starts with a conversation and a walk-through. We note your major systems, their age, warranties, and anything you've been meaning to get to. That becomes your home record.
02Build your calendar.
From your home record we plan the routine care your home actually needs, like furnace and AC tune-ups, gutter cleaning, and getting ready for winter. We remind you ahead of time and you choose "schedule it" or "skip this time."
03Send us anything.
Send your request to your Conductor, any time. Add photos if you can. Your Conductor will confirm we have it and let you know what happens next.
04Review your options.
For most jobs we bring you a clear quote from a pro on our bench. For bigger jobs we gather more than one. You see what's included, the price, and the timing.
05Approve and relax.
Once you approve, we schedule the visit and confirm it with you and the pro. We send reminders and keep you updated.
06We check in after the job.
We ask you three questions: Did they show up when promised? Was the work done right? Was the price what was agreed? If something is off, we handle the follow-up with the pro. The pro is responsible for their own work.
07Keep the record.
Every job, invoice, and warranty is saved to your home record. Each month you get one simple statement of what was done and what's coming up.
II  ·  Reaching us

Two ways to reach your Conductor.

Today

Send your Conductor a request.

Members send requests to their Conductor, and our team takes it from there. We'll show you exactly how to reach us when you join. Not a member yet? Use our contact form.

Coming soon

The member portal.

A simple member portal is coming soon for sending requests, approving quotes, and checking your home record. You never have to use it. See a preview of the portal, or join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

Emergency? Call 911 or your utility first. Home Maestro is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, or you see smoke or sparks, get to safety and call 911. Gas smell: leave the home, then call Spire at 800-887-4173. Downed power line: stay away and call Ameren Missouri at 800-552-7583. Once everyone is safe, let us know and we'll help with what comes next.

Let your home run a little quieter.

Tell us about your home and we'll set up a short introduction. Outside St. Louis? Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we open near you.
